Risk Reduction:

We work to minimize the health, safety and environmental risks to our subcontractors and the communities in which we operate by employing reliable technologies and operating procedures that are generally regarded as safe, and by being constantly prepared for emergencies.

Marketing of Responsible Services:

We sell services that minimize adverse environmental impacts and that are safe as our customers commonly use them. We will inform our customers of the environmental impacts of our services, and of their correct use.

Right-To-Know:

Regardless of where we’re working, we train our subcontractors to recognize the safety hazards associated with their contractual responsibility. And we provide them with the knowledge necessary to minimize health and safety hazards. We cooperate not only with our subcontractors, but with all appropriate local, state or federal agencies concerning management of potential environmental, health, or safety hazards posed by our operations. We provide information necessary to the appropriate agency’s risk assessment and community right-to-know programs.

Risk Assessment and Environmental Audits:

We conduct regular risk assessments of our services, and audits of our work practices and facilities with persons independent of the audited activity. We use these assessments and audits to determine priorities for action in the continuous improvement of our environmental stewardship and services. We report to our Board of Directors our progress in implementing these principles and in complying with applicable laws and regulations throughout our worldwide operations.

Our Subcontractors:

We are dedicated to the belief that the most important resource we can provide to our clients is quality professionals. We encourage all subcontractors to be long-term team players. Subcontractors are retained, paid, and rewarded based on qualifications, teamwork and performance. We believe that everyone benefits when the most capable person is rewarded. Subcontractors are compensated fairly and rewarded well for their extra contributions to the company’s success. We will not need a third party to protect our fair rights and interests.
